At Lion Brand Yarn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your yarn or tools, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with labels intact to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to initiate a return request.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Package Your Yarn
Securely pack the unopened yarn skeins or tools in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
